The Ayala Bulldogs continued their dominant run on Tuesday, cruising to a 14-1 victory over the Diamond Bar Brahmas, extending their winning streak to 12 games. The Bulldogs, now 17-2 overall and 12-1 in Palomares league action, have been nothing short of unstoppable, outscoring opponents by an average of eight runs during their current tear.

Pitcher Lilanna Acosta played a pivotal role both in the circle and at the plate. She tossed two scoreless innings, allowing just two hits and no earned runs, continuing a remarkable streak of seven straight appearances with one earned run or less. At the plate, Acosta added to the offensive outburst with a perfect 1-for-1 performance, including a triple.

Taelor Walker delivered her best performance since February, going 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs, and two runs scored. Isol Lopez also helped fuel Ayala’s offensive explosion, finishing 2-for-2 with two doubles, three RBIs, and two runs.

The Bulldogs were relentless at the plate, racking up 17 hits and keeping Diamond Bar’s defense under constant pressure. It marked the sixth straight game Ayala has tallied at least eight hits, further showcasing their offensive depth and consistency.

Ayala’s defense and pitching have been equally impressive, particularly on the road, where the team has now won six straight while surrendering just 0.5 runs per game on average.

Up next, Ayala will face Claremont on Thursday at 3:30 p.m., while Diamond Bar looks to face their league rivals, the Walnut Mustangs.
