Hi everyone, thought I would list a few of the local teams that will be extending their season this week in and around the Chino Valley.

Boys Basketball action sees Ayala hosting Redlands this Wednesday, 2/17, at 7pm. Chino Hills will be hosting Santa Margarita this Friday, 2/19, 7pm. Very important to note that Chino Hills will put game tickets on presale at the school this Tuesday only from 2:30PM to 4:00PM or until they sale out. Damien will host Crespi this Friday, 2/19, at 7pm. Diamond Ranch will host South Hills Wednesday, 2/17, 7pm. Diamond Bar hits the road Wednesday to Moreno Valley to face Rancho Verde.

Girls Basketball action sees Diamond Bar hosting Yucaipa Thursday, 2/18, at 7pm. Chino Hills will host Rialto Thursday, 2/18, at 7pm. Ayala will travel to the OC and battle Tesoro Thursday, 2/18, at 7pm. Don Lugo has a road game at South Pasadena Thursday. Chino will host Carter Thursday at 7pm.

Boy Soccer gets a little more complicated with a pre-wildcard round on Wednesday, 2/17. This will affect three local first round games on Thursday, 2/18, 3pm. The local teams that will see action on  Wednesday:  Ayala plays Channel Islands (Div. 3 C game). The winner of the C game will play at Agoura on Thursday.    Damien will play at La Sierra Wednesday (Div.3 L game) the winner of that game will go on to play Chaffey on Thursday 3pm. Chino Hills (Baseline #1) will play the winner of the Alta Loma vs Ramona (Div. 3 G game) on Wednesday. Thursday at 3pm Diamond Ranch hosts Brentwood and Ontario Christian host Rowland…. So trying to  to simplify it:

  • Wednesday; game G Ramona vs Alta Loma

  • Wednesday; game L Damien @ La Sierra

  • Wednesday; game C Ayala @ Channel Islands

  • Thursday; Chino Hills vs Winner of G

  • Thursday; Ontario Christian vs. Rowland

  • Thursday; Diamond Ranch vs. Brentwood

  • Thursday; Chaffey vs. winner of L

  • Thursday; Agoura vs. winner of C (see above)

Girls Soccer: Chino Hills will host Flintridge Sacred Heart Thursday, 2/18, at 3pm. Etiwanda is at Huntington Beach Thursday, 2/18. Diamond Ranch plays at San Marcos Thursday. Ontario Christian will play the winner of the B wild card game Thursday and Buena vs Atascadero to be played Tuesday at 5pm.

Girls Water Polo; Thursday 2/18, at 5pm, Ayala(Palomares #1) hosts Cerritos. Chino travels to Cajon on Thursday.

Wrestling: post season CIF-SS Central Division Champion bracket was completed on  Saturday, 2/6 http://www.cifss.org/brackets/2016-wrestling/ .
