Riding an 11 game winning streak the Ayala Bulldogs hosted the Crespi Celts in the Division 6 football playoffs.

The game had both teams putting up a combined total of 73-points on the scoreboard.

Crespi scored on their opening drive, but Ayala would come back and score to tie the game. This would be the trend throughout the game.

Trailing 38-35, the Bulldogs would come up short late in the fourth quarter. Ayala quarterback Cole McCain had his pas intercepted by Crespi with less than two minutes remaining in the game.

The Celts would run the clock out and get the win to eliminate the Bulldogs from the playoffs and giving Ayala their first loss in the 2019 season.
