This last week we truly had an opportunity to see the shining beacons of light coming from high schools all over the area. The hard work and dedication of student athletes paying off as they signed their commitment to continue their educational and athletic careers to a college institution.

We here at Sportscenetv.net truly believe in the phrase, “student-athlete” and celebrate the great accomplishments that they acheive in the classroom as well as on the playing field. That’s why we feel it’s important to recognize these student athletes and include a Scholar Athlete segment in our coverage each prep sports year.

On Signing Day, we contacted local area schools to send us their photos and names of those student athletes so we can recognize and celebrate their accomplishment. However, if you have photos and names for schools that student athletes were not mentioned, please send them to us at: comments@sportscenetv.net because we want to recognize as many student athletes as possible. Also, we understand that not all schools had the same Signing Day and if that was the case with your school, then please email us the photos and names when that day does happen so we can update this blog post. So, please help us in congratulating these student athletes from our local area high schools on their Signing Day achievement.
